Meet Our Team

Mr Ensermu Workneh

Our, Founder and Managing Director, faced the challenges of the global financial crisis in 2008, joining millions who lost their jobs during that period. With traditional employment opportunities limited, he turned to self-employment, starting as a Mathematics tutor. What began as a modest venture quickly grew into managing a franchise tuition center, eventually leading him to co-found a successful center.

After nearly a decade of leading these educational centers and witnessing the success of hundreds of students, his journey continued, even as challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the educational landscape.

With over 10 years of experience in running successful learning centers, Mr. Workneh’s passion for education has only deepened.
